Norway To End Oil Production Cuts On December 31st. Norway oil output curbs to expire at year-end, energy ministry says.

The Opec +1 group is meeting again this week to negotiate further cuts.

“Norway is not part of OPEC+ and is not invited to this meeting,” the energy ministry said on Tuesday.

The Royal Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy is a Norwegian ministry responsible for energy, including petroleum and natural gas production in the North Sea. It is led by the Minister of Petroleum and Energy Tina Bru. The department must report to the legislature, the Storting.

This news comes after Norway stated it’s plans to Open More Arctic Areas to Oil Sector.
