Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Under broad direction, safely maintains cementing bulk equipment and the bulk plant.
Responsible for pulling bulk equipment to be loaded and used at wellsite.
Maintains and ensures HMS processes are taught to all operators responsible for loading bulk materials and working with the lab.
Loads bulk chemicals for jobs. Instructs other operators on how to calculate load out sheets and assists as needed.
Oversees the safe and accurate operation the Accublend at the bulk plant.
Assists with inventory counts of chemicals with limited supervision.
Orders chemicals for inventory using SAP. Trains and develops other operators.
Ensures that all materials used on the job are charged-off timely to the sales order.
This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 3+ years of experience in material handling or cementing operations.
Must be able to demonstrate HSE policies and procedures and their application into his/her duties.
The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.
Basic reading comprehension, communication skills, and writing skills are required.
Intermediate computer skills are preferred.
